Shay Feeney is the Director of Operations at ConnectIDD, bringing extensive experience and a deep commitment to organizational efficiency and impactful operations. With a strong background in nonprofit consulting, Shay has guided numerous organizations in achieving their goals, refining her expertise in operational management and her passion for creating meaningful change.
Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She also earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas at Austin and is certified in facilitation through ToPs®.
With a proven track record in operations management and project leadership, Shay is a driving force in advancing ConnectIDD's mission. Her work not only enhances the organization but also positively influences the communities it serves.
Shay resides in Coppell, Texas, with her husband, their dog Mister Rogers, and their daughter, Sloane, whom they joyfully welcomed in July.
