Shay Feeney

Shay Feeney brings a wealth of experience and a deep dedication to ensuring organizational efficiency and impactful operations as the Director of Operations at ConnectIDD. With a background in nonprofit consulting, Shay has served numerous organizations in the sector over the years, refining her skills and honing her passion for making a difference. 

Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, along with a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas at Austin and a certification in facilitation from ToPs®. 

Grounded in a solid understanding of operations management and project leadership, Shay maintains her unwavering commitment to meaningful change. Her efforts extend both within ConnectIDD and outwards into the community. Shay's expertise and dedication play pivotal roles in steering ConnectIDD towards continued success and impactful results. 

Shay resides in Coppell, Texas, where she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and dog, Mister Rogers. Their family is eagerly anticipating the arrival of a baby girl in July, bringing joy and excitement to their lives outside of work.
