Michael has dedicated nearly 20 years to advancing the special needs industry, earning a reputation for creating innovative programs, challenging the status quo, and finding better ways to support individuals with disabilities and their families.
From 2010 to 2023, Michael served as the Chief Executive Officer of My Possibilities (MP), one of Texas’s largest educational providers for adults with disabilities. Under his leadership, MP grew to serve over 600 adults weekly through comprehensive educational, vocational, therapeutic, and wellness programs. The organization expanded to employ over 110 staff and operate with an annual budget exceeding $10 million.
A visionary leader, Michael spearheaded a $30 million capital campaign to establish the My Possibilities Campus for Higher Learning in Plano, Texas. This 20-acre campus features 70,000 square feet of educational facilities, with future plans to add dormitories, a health and wellness center, and a disability-focused office and retail complex.
Michael holds Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy & Religious Studies from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He resides in Texas with his wife, Julie and their twin sons, Jackson and Maxwell.
