 Gillian has spent her career telling stories and solving problems with an empathy-first approach. She specializes in designing inclusive physical and digital experiences, managing complex organizational change, developing actionable strategic plans, and facilitating meaningful collaboration. Her work spans diverse industries, from large consulting firms serving national corporations to nonprofits operating on shoestring budgets.

As the Director of Human-Centered Design for ConnectIDD, Gillian applies her expertise to empower organizations, businesses, and communities to better serve children and adults with disabilities. She uses the universal principles of human-centered design to craft innovative, inclusive solutions that prioritize equity and client success.

Gillian holds a Master’s in Design and Innovation from SMU in Dallas, equipping her with a strategic and ever-learning mindset that enables her to guide teams through transformative changes and culture-building. Her portfolio includes impactful work with state governments, nonprofits, hospitality brands, big box retailers, and financial and software companies. Based in Austin, TX, she is passionate about helping organizations tell their best stories and create meaningful impact.
