Dan is an ambitious and highly analytical senior finance leader and proven executive who leads organizations through transformative and challenging environments to profitable growth. Serving in escalating financial leadership roles, he brings to ConnectIDD meaningful experience in managerial finance from both public and private equity owned organizations where he has led corporate finance activities, financial planning and analysis, budget planning, forecasting, and acquisition efforts encompassing valuations, deal structure, and post-merger integrations.

His core values are integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all he does, stemming from his service in the United States Air Force. He brought forward this servant leadership mentality throughout my career and community where he served many community organizations with his most recent stint as Board President and Treasurer at Susan G. Komen Dallas County.
